WHO WE ARE:
- Subsidiary of a public oil company, Imperial Petroleum, Inc. (IPMN)
- Research and development phase completed
WHAT WE HAVE DEVELOPED:
- Proprietary emulsification technology to produce cost competitive renewable
boiler fuels for reducing NOx and SOx emissions. - Patent-pending biodiesel production
technology that reduces costs and improves efficiencies - Proprietary pre-treatment process to convert waste greases and other high
free fatty acid feedstocks into biodiesel without acid esterification processes
and with only limited yield losses. - Proprietary post-treatment process to reduce the cold flow properties of
biodiesel to -40 deg C if desired without yield losses.
OUR PLANS:
- Construct a boiler fuel facility and manufacture and sell renewable boiler fuels. Potential as a renewable replacement for #2 heating oil in home applications. Reduces NOx emissions by as much as 30%.
- Purchase an existing biodiesel plant or construct a new facility to commercialize
our technologies. - Install a slow pyrolysis plant from existing technology to provide additional boiler fuel additives.
STATUS:
- We are negotiating for the $1.25 million in funds to construct and install the boiler fuel manufacturing plant.
- We are seeking financing of $12.3 million to either purchase an existing
biodiesel plant or construct a new facility and install a slow pyrolysis
plant.
